This soft soap whips up an exceptional lather in no time at all. It is a "hot process" soap made in small batches and left to mature in a temperature-controlled room for 10 days. After that time, it is solid and concentrated, perfect for a professional shave with a brush. And with the addition of shea (karite) butter and more, it softens those facial hairs and readies them for the blade. It is exfoliating and nourishing as well. It comes in its own tub with a screwtop lid. (Make sure to close the lid after use to keep it from drying out and turning yellow. Although it will not lose its properties if it dries, you will need to moisten it again.) The red line also boasts a phenomenal scent from essential sandalwood oil.
